Juvenile Barn Owl from 2024 found dead in Oxfordshire

A Barn Owl ringed as a chick near to Cookham, Berks in 2024, was found dead near to Didcot in Oxfordshire, 37 km away and 195days later. Sadly many (up to c70%) of juvenile Barn Owls do not survive their first winter.
